OK, you've purchased some Remote Time and have read the terms & conditions,

the next step is to get in contact with a TECH.


TECHS REMOTE renote support services are available 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Booking a support slot is simply done by emailing us with information on the form below, to generate a Service Request.


There is no charge associated with just lodging a Service Request with TECHS REMOTE

I have read, understood and agreed to the published "Terms and Conditions" for dealing with TECHS REMOTE.
Estabilshing a "Service Request" is free of charge.
I understand if I require Assessment, Advice or Support Work via a Remote Connection by TECHS REMOTE. these are chargable services as per the published rates (subject to promotional discount if available).
Any valid PROMOTION CODE must be entered/claimed at this point, or is invalid and may not be claimed subsequently.


STEP 2.

DISCUSS IT


2.1 - After receiving your request and confirming you have available TECHS REMOTE DESKTOP SUPPORT time, when next available our Technician will contact you back, to discuss your issue and how we can best assist you.


2.2 - If you agree for us to remotely assist with our TECHS REMOTE Service, our Technician will then guide you through the connection process with your computer.



STEP 3.

WE HELP YOU



3.1 - Now with an agreed remote connection established, our Technician will spend up to your purchased support time with you, supporting you to resolve your issue, troubleshooting, diagnosing or assisting with advice/solutions.

3.2 - If a preliminary diagnosis of your computer is required and when completed, our TECHNICIAN may advise on any additional "TECH TIME" Charge required to facilitate the agreed repair, confirming those details and your approval prior to proceeding with any agreed continued work.
    
3.3 - A technician may contact you over the course of the remote session, as required.

3.4 - When the remote connection session has ended, to communicate with a technician remotely communicate, you must lodge a new SERVICE REQUEST,
