the next step is to get in contact with a TECH.
TECHS REMOTE renote support services are available 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Booking a support slot is simply done by emailing us with information on the form below, to generate a Service Request.
There is no charge associated with just lodging a Service Request with TECHS REMOTE

STEP 2.
DISCUSS IT
2.1 - After receiving your request and confirming you have available TECHS REMOTE DESKTOP SUPPORT time, when next available our Technician will contact you back, to discuss your issue and how we can best assist you.
2.2 - If you agree for us to remotely assist with our TECHS REMOTE Service, our Technician will then guide you through the connection process with your computer.
