TIME
TECHS REMOTE "TECH TIME" provides for an extension of support, beyond the 15 minute TECH CHECK.
After finalising your TECH CHECK phase, you may wish to extend the session, with additional technical resourcing
to complete your request or for new requests. This is done by conferring with your Support Technician
and agreeing (via email &/or text SMS) to proceed within a recommended and agreed time constraint.
TECH TIME is a chargeable fee for service product, chargable at rates per our Pricing Guide.
TECH TIME, if requested, is charged in addtion to the TECH CHECK, and is charged per hour, or part there of.
When the session is closed by yourself or our Technician, a total disconnect is actioned,
neither party can remotely communicate unless a new SERVICE REQUEST is logged, via your desktop icon.
