Many people just need a little bit of help from time to time, for their computing issues,
requiring some support, a quick fix or a clear understanding of what's needed to get things right.
The TECHS REMOTE "TECH CHECK" service is what you need!
... Where ever you are, so long as you have a working broadband connection, we can help.
"TECH CHECK" provides you with a secure remote connection to a Technician, a discussion of your issues,
including up to 20 minutes of Technician time, to give advice, resolve a quick fix issue or for general technical support.
Unfortunately, as what you may consider to be a quickly resolvable issue, may be in fact a for more complex and time consuming issue.
If not resolvable in the allotted 20min time frame, you will be given a clear understanding of what will be required to to get things working correctly for you.
"TECH CHECK" can be also initiatied by sending a Service Request by clicking the SERVICE REQUEST menu item,
under the "Connection Steps" tab, and following the prompts. There is no charge for initiating a Service Request.
A Service Request, simply lets our Tech Team know that you need assistance and would like to have a brief discussion
on how TECHS REMOTE may best be able to assist, we'll communicate back o you as soon as we can.
The TECHS CHECK remote support service,if agreed to, is a chargeble, fee for service product,
once approved & authorised by you for proceeding, at rates per our Pricing Guide.
